How are earring sizes measured?
For studs we give the size of the stud face. For drop earrings we give the size of the charm itself; the finished drop is longer because the fish hook adds length above the charm. Where we have measured the total drop, the product says so.
What are Zenvie earrings made from?
Every pair is made in 925 sterling silver. Most are sealed with a protective e-coat that helps resist tarnish. Pieces that are gold in colour are gold plated over sterling silver, and the product card always says so; the Amazon listing has the full specification for your chosen pair.
Are they nickel free?
Our supplier records show our earrings as nickel free. We do not make any other claims about skin.
What stones do you use?
Stones are cubic zirconia, crystal or synthetic opal, as named on each product. We do not describe them as precious gemstones.
Will my earrings come in a gift box?
Yes. Each pair comes in a black Zenvie gift box, ready for a thoughtful little gift or a treat for yourself.
